  Excellent location and stay Clear. Bed are comfortable and the rooms make me feel like home, your staff worked hard to keep everything clean, coffee pots are the worst.

  Superb conference area, great hotel and the staff were very professional and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the food served was good. The facility was well maintained.

  Dirty and service was nothing to write home about, the elevator's were broken. Our pillows were stained, the manager was unavailable and would not return my calls.

  Room was reasonably clean compared to hallways, elevator and common areas, on the whole, this hotel was a good value. The staff were fine, the beds were very nice and the restaurant had great food, and the price was decent.

  The location is perfect for anyone in the Columbus area, great Hotel now that there is new management and the beds are always super comfy.

  Food in the restaurant is a joke and overpriced, the indoor pool is freezing in the winter time.

  This stay was even better, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were among the worst I've ever been to. Breakfast at the restaurant was standard American and good.

  Great hotel and staff very friendly. Pleasant and tasty room service, nice fluffy towels.

  The public areas appeared clean, just not very modern, outdated building and not Worth the Money. The one elevator sounded alittle scary too, bad food and outdoor pool closed for maintenance.

  The entire place is just run down and our Room Needs updated is showing signs of wear and tear. Friendly staff, good food and easy access to Columbus.

  The hotel lobby and our room were great, the bathroom was obviously remodeled and was very nice, staff were very pleasant and courteous at checkin and checkout.

  The front desk was not to friendly we checked in and the restaurant was closed.
