  The location convenient, ideal for railway station and the efficient car park ticket system. Moreover well run hotel Friendly staff and the interior is modern. The rooms are good, just that we prefer to seek out local restaurants we are away.

  Yes I didn't like a unskills of chief of receptions, we manage to persuade her eventually to charge the rate specified earlier by the male receptionist and elevator are all bit small. I would have been nice to have smaller bedside lamps rather than overhead lights for reading, gym i didnt have time to check out.

  Location is central and train station is just close enough. The whole hotel is modern, internet is only free in the lobby and the staff are very efficient. Fair sized room, the lenghth of time available for breakfast enabled good lie ins at the week end.

  Elevator are all bit small, the toilet didn't flush as should and pool are tiny unfortunately.

  The location was very central and hotel was clean. The price was also very competitive and staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was great.

  Excellent location - shops and really handy for the station. Spotless hotel, albeit bordering on a red light district and easy walking distance into town. Cheap parking en friendly staff, the managers treated us well and checkout quick.

  The shower wasn't brilliant, bar prices very expensive and the mattress was very uncomfortable on one side. Furthermore i had stale bread at breakfast, the leisure facilities were very poor compared to was described on the website.

  The location fairly central and some good restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, the staff were both friendly and helpful, the receptionist was pleasant. Room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was great. Checkout was fine and the pool was a bonus for that early morning swim.

  The location was good and hotel was clean. Also reception were very helpful, the receptionist was pleasant and check-in was friendly and efficient. Room service was excellent, breakfast was fantastic and the pool was adequate a little cold.

  Convenient for city centre, some good restaurants nearby and including the SS Great Britain. Moreover friendly staff, receptionist was very helpful and we had a very comfortable room. Breakfast was nice, the gym was fine.

  Good location, very accessible to all major landmarks in Bristol and the service is very efficient. Bed seemed comfortable to sleep in.

  The location was ideal for the railway station is I booked, albeit a reduced menu outside the core hours - most welcome by of us turn up late and the actual bedroom for wheelchair users is good.

  Helpful staff were very knowledgable of the local area and the room upgrade was very welcome and comfortable. The service was good, the shower was the best bit and breakfast was also delicious - a very nice sized buffet. Facilities were excellent.
