Good and favourable location in a The restaurant, met needs well. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The room was good sized and brand-new by a giant ac unit, we stayed in all day.

They offer tidy, brand-new rooms with single beds and a refrigerator, as example.

Overpriced , room walls and ceiling were dirty, pool was overgrown and closed, exercise room was not maintained.

The food here is reasonably priced, and the staff, from maintenance to management, are incredibly accommodating and polite.

We recently stayed at a conveniently located hotel near the airport. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We couldn't hear any noises from our neighbors, which was a relief after a long day of driving. The hotel also had a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient for making our early morning connection.

The air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud and cycled on and off, which took some getting used to.

A bunch of unruly animals were staying on the floor making noise, loud music, banging on doors forcing staying locked in room. According to useless desk staff police were called twice on them but they were allowed to stay and continue rowdy loud obnoxious behavior in the morning. This hotel is now a Clarion and made absolutely no attempt to appease an irate customer namely me. Stay away from this hotel!!

Check in was horrid...Did not receive accommodations reserved. Went to the front desk each day and spent at least 1/2 hour including the morning of check out...Bill still incorrect.. The bridge is closed for major REPAIRS....a long way around to get there from downtown Philly. Bedding was shabby at best... The room had a patio but there were no chairs, etc. Certainly not Ramada standards...IMHO... Also, just for the record they did admit that the billing issue was on their end ....not Booking .com

My recent stay at the Clarion hotel was fantastic. I was in Philadelphia for a quick trip and stayed for two nights. The hotel's convenient location near the airport was perfect for my travel needs. They provided a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, which made getting around a breeze. The hotel also had a huge parking lot, which was great for park & jet options. The room itself was very clean, and the hotel had a decent menu with some delicious choices. a great experience.

We stay there when we have a morning flight. It is comfortable and very convenient to the airport. We park our car in the Jet/Park at a very reasonable rate and we are shuttled to the airport as well as picked up at the airport upon return.

I recently had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel near the airport. Firstly, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the steady shuttle service to and from the airport. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and clean rooms with stripped linens and open toothpaste at the sink, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Main Door to room deadbolt broken and key didn't work well. Both sinks water faucets didn't spin right and it was hard to find hot water. Shower dripped constantly. Didn't have a Queen room and had to sleep on double bed. Not comfortable. Why did you give me this choice if I couldn't have it?
