I contacted Best Western corporate headquarters about the situation, the hotel was clean and the price was quite reasonable.
Location was good and better actually than a very expensive hotel i stayed in recently for twice the cost.
This location is very convenient for me and the hotel is conveniently located near the central area of Pasadena.
A nice hot tub in an area off of the parking lot, suites is a really fantastic option and the continental breakfast is well presented.
Most accommodating places you will ever stay, the staff are very courteous and helpful, the sheet didn't even cover the whole bed.
