  The staff and the location make the ivy palms a lovely getaway place, two pools is a nice amenity.

  The front desk girl in the morning ( of the 31st of August has no customer service skills and the Tv needs to be updated.

  The place has 2 main pools and 3 hot tubs, the staff is friendly and kind.

  The location on palm canyon dr is fairly central, the rooms are out dated and uncomfortable.

  Comfortable bed, nice restaurant next door and clean pool.

  Hotel was not full and could not get a better room, the desk staff were less than pleasant checking us in.

  The location was perfect, the entire hotel staff were awesome and the rates were alot cheaper than I expected. The front desk lady was very nice and room was excellent. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean.

  The staff were really nice in upgrading us to a pool view and i would not stay at this hotel again unless was maintained better. The price was good, the lady on reception was fantastic and the room were very clean and the grounds were kept up nicely.

  Coffee maker was not cleaned and spa was filthy.

  The area was a great location from all the shopping, staff were nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was good.

  Good location, great Budget Hotel and cheap price. The staff were helpful, water was hot and the heated pool was lovely for a March night and very clean.

  Fantastic view of mountains over beautifully landscaped grounds, good hotel and the front desk staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
