The triple room came equipped with card games and an air hockey table, both ready upon our arrival. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options such as yogurt, gravy, and waffles. The service provided was outstanding, despite encountering a couple of unfriendly employees.

The whole room was well-kept and large with chess, an air hockey table, air hockey. It had a microwave and a refrigerator. The setting was particularly good, really close to a restaurant as well as the downtown area. Furthermore, in the center.

The hotel personnel were very helpful. My venue room was well-kept and reasonably large. Enjoyed the card games and air hockey table. Liked the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I had a perfect stay.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, loved the gaming area, gazebo, and common areas. Preferred it over Comfort in Prestonburg. Breakfast buffet was excellent with options like fried balogna. Spacious rooms, good showers, and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant on-site. The check-in clerk was wonderful and helpful. Beautiful interior, though a bit cold.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was well-maintained and I appreciated exceptionally nice staff. The restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes. It also had a good bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds - all for a such great stay. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of The Plaza. Moreover, the area was pretty nice!

The place is pretty clean, the staff is friendly and ready to assist, and the breakfast is top-notch. The location is super convenient, right by Paint Creek 🏞️, and close to the center.

The internet connection at the hotel is quite poor, which can be frustrating for couples who rely on a reliable and fast connection for work or leisure purposes.

The location is easy, 2 miles from a local museum. What's more, it's in a very very nice area near to restaurant and pub right on property.

The pool was heated. Good breakfasts included gravy, waffles, and juices. The rooms were updated and well-maintained, featuring chess and an air hockey table - just what we needed.

A nice hotel, my first choice in Paintsville. Fairly clean property with a pleasant staff and big size and updated rooms. Easy and marvellous location on the outskirts of town, good for visiting Paintsville. And close enough to Kentucky, restaurant and pub right on property, and different attractions.

Beds were hard.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with fried bologna as an alternative to bacon/sausage. Good coffee/juice. Spacious rooms with nice bed covers and pillows. The hotel has a bar/restaurant on-site for convenience.

Felt lucky, no complaints.
