Very convenient location for International Drive, located behind Sports Dominator, beside Wet and Wild.

The hotel is situated in a great location for eating places and entertainment.

The location is good, the hotel is very well located and maintenance staff are very friendly.

Wet'n'Wild can be reached within 5 minutes on foot and Universal in 20 minutes if you're feeling energetic or a taxi costs only $8.

We arrived quite late after a long flight and bus journey from Sanford airport, the member of staff was not helpful in the slightest.

The only downside is that it has no bar or restaurant facilities, however it is located very near to several eating establishments in walking distance.

If you like a drink in the evening, you'll be hard pushed to sit in a restaurant and have one as they bring you your bill as soon as you've put the last forkfull of food in your mouth, so if you want a hotel with a bar, the Ramada isn't for you.

The free breakfast was dreadful--skip the imitation Cheerios and bad fruit and head to one of the many restaurants on International drive.

There are nicer hotels on I drive - The Holiday Inn was bigger, had a shop, bars and restaurant, however as I drive has everything on it, you won't struggle for food.

The staff (reception and maids) were pleasant but not over friendly and some of the maids could not speak English but they kept our room clean and tidy.

We went down to complain to the front desk staff who told us we had to wait in line only to speak to the manager on the phone because they weren't on the premises!

Upon checking in, we had a problem with the electronic keys getting into the room, a quick visit to reception had the very helpful receptionist come up with us to try and assist; however even her pass key would not let her in.

With reference to the often mentioned lifts, didnt think they were bad at all, no graffiti or smell etc, only time floor was wet was from people using te pool.

The lifts (elevators) which people have previously complained about have recently been refurbished (May 2005); they have a clean, stainless steal interior, with no graffiti or nasty odor.

The elevator did have puddles in it (as mentioned in another review), however they are from people who are wet from the pool and nothing more (my children made some themselves).

The wi-fi internet was great I could check my email.

The Ramada certainly isn't five star but our room on the fifth floor was clean and tidy when we arrived and was kept that way throughout our stay.

However the staff were very friendly and the rooms clean.

There are plenty of hotels to choose from who does not charge you for 1 800 calls, who gives you decent breakfast, clean room and safety.
