  My room 149 smelled like cat urine and mold had ten or more cigarette burns in carpet and furiture. The grounds are nice with roses and flowers but the rooms are terrible need a review by ramada upper management.

  To say the rooms were dirty is a complete and total understatement. The manager, Lori, had absolutely no intention of trying to make things right.

  The first room I was in smelled bad, had scuff marks all over the walls, and the bed was tilled toward one corner! I stayed in the room for a few minutes and went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was a little better and the bed was at least horizontal! We wanted two beds but they would not give a room with two beds even though it was obvious that the property was not any where near full with travelers.

  GET the Business Room- UPGRADE to this type room! Pros: Large, like a studio, two TVs, mini-Frig (not filled - bring your own), MicroWave, in-room Coffee, BED is Pillow Top, In-room FREE wireless internet (usually 9. Lots of clothes storage in these Business rooms if you're staying LONG TIME. There were system problems with my phones and one of the two Cable TV connections. Easy, agreeable staff understands these problems and will accommodate.

  Pool, Hot Tub, Free Ice, Free Breakfast has make your own waffles.

  We were in a King suite which was quite big and had a small kitchen area and 2 tvs. The walls were so thin that we thought talking outside were actually in our room! There wasn't any wireless internet in the room and one of the TVs didn't have the remote. This hotel is overpriced for the quality.

  The staff all of them so pleasant and helpful.

  I think the grounds could look nicer they need to fix the gate.

  The paint looks like its water paint so not attractive.

  I couldnt sleep the bed was so uncomfortable, the hotel front desk had no information to assist with wireless connect.
