The room was a nice size and tastefully decorated, with with fireplace and other Berkshires things, for instance.

Fair prices, everything met needs. Everything here was great, and the weather was pleasant, enjoyed it. The breakfast with bacon and hot meals, for instance was delicious. The location was marvellous and comfy, to festivals!

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a chair and a fireplace. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts with 2 varieties and including eggs, the staff were welcoming!

The hotel was conveniently located near the Shaker village and the Norman Rockwell museum. The spacious rooms with separate sitting areas and jacuzzi rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-heated. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and informative. The breakfast offered a variety of options including eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, and sausage. There was also a hot breakfast served until 10:30AM, allowing guests to sleep in and still enjoy a meal.

The hotel had some noise issues with upstairs neighbors and could have improved on salting the sidewalks and driveway to prevent icy conditions.

Price

The change over from Ramada to Best Western is incomplete. Room was very good. Breakfast was good. Appearance of main desk and outside - poor. Poor first impression!

The location of this place is in a quiet area, and a fascinating museum is just a short distance away; I had a great experience in a very clean, spacious room with two bedrooms and showers.

The hotel was clean, facilities were good, peaceful location close enough to Berkshires and Tanglewood. The most friendly efficient and professional staff I ever met. I didn't feel like leaving, so couldn't recommend more this venue...

The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were also eager to assist with any questions or concerns we had. The hotel had a great location, being close to key attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to rest after a day of exploring.

There were a few things that could have been improved during our stay. The breakfast options were not great, with watery oatmeal and lukewarm scrambled eggs.

The suite was ok. It was clean, but not what I would expect for a suite!

Two rooms

Location very close to a commercial rail line and all Berkshire attractions. A nice size room, comfortable beds.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel is conveniently situated close to popular attractions, restaurants, and concert venues.

The room was huge and big size, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and convenient - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go

The staff - some of them were very rude.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the jacuzzi was a great addition. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our room was ready and providing helpful information. The location was convenient for our needs, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

I wish they had posted a note that the hotel is under renovations. On first entering the lobby we were a bit taken back. It looks very stark and lacking. We were, however, okay with our rooms when we realized they are slowy renovating the facitlity. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasantly helpful.
