  Great location right downtown and the hotel is simple and the room seemed clean upon arrival. The office staff are friendly and courteous, good water pressure in the shower.

  For a decent room in the middle of a big city that's really good and very nice and great rate I would recommend to all. The staff is friendly helpful.

  This place is pretty awful, one block away sarts to get bad and just hoping the beds are not.

  Great location for shopping downtown Spokane and excellent value. Nice staff and to summarize, 's certainly nothing fancy. Clean rooms, comfy bed, decent pillows and the breakfast was very good.

  The location, price, and staff were fabulous, the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. The room itself was nice.

  I actually liked this hotel, friendly staff and well equipped rooms at a reasonable price. Lovely pool and gardens.

  Loud train outside your door and the bathtub was really dirty.
