The hotel had indeed a particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Brand-new and exceptionally large room, everyone was amiable.

The room was accommodating with nice beds, amicable staff. It was a particularly good location for us, very close to the mountains as well as eating places.

Location: the hotel was next to Knoxville, restaurants and the mountains. Went to Aubrey's Strawberry Plains for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay! The room decor was updated, giving it a fresh and cheerful feel. The hotel facilities were great, with cold a/c and good wifi. We also loved the convenient location, as it was within walking distance to a couple of fast food restaurants and gas stations. It made grabbing a quick bite to eat or refueling our car a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Nothing could have been better.

Breakfast disappointingly limited.

Toilet was very dirty when we arrived (looked like someone had a hair cut in the toilet). Room smelled very musty. Saw a roach (during the day) crawl up the side of the refrigerator. Shower curtain was filthy. The sheet was very rough and worn out. I had to lay a blanket I brought with me on top of the sheet because it was so rough. Bedspread was extremely heavy. I would not recommend staying here. There are a lot better places to stay for the money.

The hotel's position was quiet, just off the mountains and restaurants and eating places. East Knoxville district was worth visiting.

Friendly staff, great wifi, convenient location near interstate and food options, comfortable bedding at a reasonable price.

This was a great stay on a road trip. Everyone we met from the staff was really helpful. The room was brand-new and exceptionally large, hopefully🙂

Management very accomodating, felt safe in an unknown area, comfortable, moments away from family and shopping. I am retired and on a budget so cost was reasonable. Recently remodeled exterior and good cleanliness in room.

It was located behind a fueling station for semis that idled awhile before leaving or shutting their engines down to sleep for the night. I was able to overcome the noise as it was not excessive. Room seemed as insulated as could be against noises.

There were clean and accommodating rooms. The bed was very comfy, like a cloud. The staff were great every time I dealt with them.

Enjoyed our brand-new and clean room. The location was favourable, near eating places, it's a plus.
