  The location couldn’t be better and hotel is clean. The main building is more than totally fine, lobby area is large, bright and spacious, the staff is amazing and the security is above. The rooms are nice and food wax great. Large indoor pool that is ok.

  Tv worked well, great view from the upper floors, would stay there again and had a very pleasant stay, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times of the day and night. Our room was perfect, breakfast, as usual in Israel, was super and the waiters were very attentive. Marice the evening manager was wonderful and the swimming pool was warm 24 hrs.

  And from the balcony we had a sweeping panoramic view of Jerusalem – was lovely, the beauty of this Hotel was incredible and ana, at reception we arrived, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, food was great.

  And the view from the windoes/ the avira was very warm and our stay in Jerusalem was absolutely unforgettable. The personnel was really helpful and the room we had was large, comfortable. The food was very good, the pools were also really good, nice and clean.

  The pool was great after a hot/hard day of site seeing, by far the Ramada in Jerusalem was the very best and service was excellent. Rooms were cleam and neat, food was good, staff were courteous and accomodating and friendly. The manager yaakov sheari was very helpful.

  The meals were excellent and the dining area is beautiful, the hotel restaurant is also very good, in the lobby you will find a decent bar, H. The service is fine and rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is really great, the sevice facilities are better then ever.

  The bathroom was clean and relaxing after a long day of site seeing, the service was lovely. The room was big, food was fresh, varied, and extremely tasty, the employees were friendly, kind and helpful. Gym and pool was great.

  My room had a beautiful view of the bridge that looked like a harp and the staff were really friendly. The bed was big and comfortable, the variety of salads was fantastic, and the beef was just perfect.

  Jerusalem is really cool and the service is good and the people are kind. The room is comfortable the ambiance is relaxed, the restaurants are very nice and the outdoor swimming pool is large and clean.

  Very warm atmosphere, excellent staff and helpful employees. Very nice sized modern room, just food and lots of fresh fruit. An indoor and outdoor pool.

  Great location poor management, far away from Old Town and slow elevators.

  Comfortable bed, excellent buffet and wonderful facilities.

  The location really isn't great and not a good intro to the hotel. Very poor value for money rude uncompromising staff.
