We asked for the double room with a fridge and microwave and it was ready when arrived. Central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV were much appreciated. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from First Presbyterian Church.

That was absolutely great hotel set in wonderful area, very close to Lucille Ball & Desi Arnez, non working electrical outlet and the Lucille Ball & Desi Arnez museum. The rooms were adequate and well furnished, equipped with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV. I truly enjoyed a big size bathroom. It had central location close to First Presbyterian Church. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

It was clean and the staff were cooperative, beds were comfortable. My room included a safe, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a mini fridge bar. The breakfasts at the front desk.

Besides, the location was best possible for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of New Apostolic Church. It was 10 mins drive to the airport.

We were upgraded to a reasonably spacious and spotless room with a fridge and microwave. It was in a magnificent location right in the center of downtown.

Nice hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was both brand-new and good-sized with a fridge, a kitchenette, double beds. The breakfast at the front desk. This venue was set in a central area short walk to the restaurant, and the center of downtown. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the hotel.

Booked a room on the higher floors. Local cuisine was served in the lobby restaurant.

doubletree by hilton in jamestown exceeded expectations - convenient parking, friendly staff, and attention to detail on checkout. clean, updated rooms, comfortable beds, and a wonderful breakfast. the happy and friendly employees gave the place a great feel. great location near attractions.

Liked the room with a fridge, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was cooperative, attentive with every request. Location: the hotel was so close to the Lucille Ball, and hockey arena. Had nice dainties at Harvest Time Cafe, located right at the property.

The employees were friendly, the place was nice, clean, and updated. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and the option of hot and cold items. The view from the room was amazing.

Paper with sharpie of room # out side door Shampoo was 1/2 full was it used? Only 1 towel in room with 2 double beds why did they not re- stock? Front desk person was hardly there always off doing something else (short staffed) Our door broke / electrical malfunction and we had gone to breakfast. Upon return we could not get back into our room & they could not help us! We were told the maintenance person quit last week & they were not sure what to do! No one called an electrician or locksmith, no credit or free night was offered! We wait 1.5 hours in the lobby until another guest took a hammer to the handle with house keeping permission & de-activated lock so we could get it! We have yet to connect with gm and are very unhappy!!!
