  The renovated lobby is nice and the indoor pool OK. The staff works hard and they were friendly in all areas.

  The only rooms available as of this writing are rooms that have not been renovated. There were crews working the weekend so maybe some new rooms will be available soon. If you must stay verify that you have a renovated room or you would be better of in a tent. I have not stayed in a place this decrepit since in college and all we wanted then was cheap with 4 walls and a bed.

  The pool did work and seemed somewhat clean. The room I stayed in did not look very clean.

  034;The hotel was suppose to have a hot tub, sauna,pool, and exercise room. There was no hot tub, the sauna didn't work, nor did the exercise room. The television's color was messed up, so everything looked red. My room key didn't work well, so it would take about 10 mins to get in your room.

  This place is an older hotel, but the staff made it a good stay. So I just want to thank Melanie and her wonderful staff for a great experience.

  I was very pleased to see the manager actually there to help the front desk make keys or do anything to help Alice the front desk clerk. It is odd to even see the manager of any place.

  We were switched to a different room that was not much better. The pool was cloudy and small for the size of the facility, I was afraid to allow my children to go in it.

  They had clearly not been cleaned; one of the rooms even had food between the sheets of the made bed. The front desk was not helpful or apologetic when the first three checked out. Although it took a while for the buffet to get restocked, the food was very good.

  I explained to the clerk that I had prepaid and had a confirmation number. The clerk said that she couldn't help me and would have the manager call me the next day. The premise of a confirmation is still new to the Ramada Inn of Owensboro.

  They deliver to the room and the food is very good!

  I rented a room here so my daughter could have a swim party. The room was OK, but the aircondioning unit was nasty looking and was located under the sink and looked like it leaked and not to mention it just did not cool the room at all! My daughter got a bad cut on her foot from hitting something on the side of the pool. The doctor is pretty sure it was because of the state of the water she was in.

  When I asked for clean towels they informed me to get them myself in the supply linen closet.

  Upon arrival into room-found trash/bugs on the floor. Holes in the walls and tiles missing in the bathroom. Fire alarm went off in our room and the hotel never bothered to check on us and see if everything was ok. We even called the front desk to found out how to turn it off and there was no one there. Parked outside our room was a truck with the back open and was full of trash. Water on the floor in lobby at all times--due to a fountain leak. High speed internet service they offer wasn't working the entire time I was there.

  Very well designed with a huge common area/restaurant/indoor pool. The rooms are moderately clean, but if you're allergic to mold you're in big trouble.

  Very dark in places, and I can confirm earlier reviews about the pool being disgusting. Almost every person in our group of 50+ reported significant amounts of mold in their rooms and bathrooms. My own bathroom ceiling and walls were covered in it.

  The advertisement for the hotel included an indoor pool, restaurant, play area and work out room on site. My room was only cleaned one time in my six night stay. My in-laws had to get extra towels to soak up the wet floor. My sister's two rooms the a/c didn't work, they didn't have clean rooms when they checked in, and they ended up changing rooms three times over the course of a six day visit.

  I booked these rooms for several reasons. The rooms on the internet showed in door rooms. When we checked into our first room, the sink came out of the actual countertop and water leaked everywhere.
