Comfortable and well located - ideal for my purposes - were a business trip rather than pleasure, the range of choices was excellent for a hotel of this price/quality, the staff were very friendly and efficient.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels in the UK and this one was one of the nicest for the price of $138 per night.

4 star rating we thought the hotel was poor and overpriced, My wife works in a 5 star hotel and agreed with me.

Excellent location for family party in Whitfield and having arrived on a late ferry I needed somewhere to stay close to the port.

Good location for Dover ferries and efficient hotel.

My wife and I rented a car at Gatwick airport and drove to this hotel.

An excellent overnight stop, very useful catching an early ferry to Calais and just right for an overnight stay before a channel crossing.

The staff were friendly, check in and check out was quick, they arranged an early check in for us with no problem, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room nice.

The rooms are very small and have a damp feel to them; in fact I would suggest that you get more room in a Travel Lodge type accommodation than in this hotel.

We found the hotel warm, the Staff were very helpful and efficient, our Executive Suite room was spacious.

Double room which was very spacious and well equipped, the bathroom was however a little cramped.

A reduction of ½ metre on the room size added to the bathroom would have made all the difference.

Have to say that the lobby, restaurant and bar area reminded me a bit of the hotel Alan Partridge lived in in "I'm Alan Partridge"!

The showers good and the evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty.

Excellent restaurant food in the evening.

Bar service was friendly and prompt, food was excellent.

We had dinner in the restaurant which was great, an authentic Indian buffet - very very good food.

Excellent hotel customer service, friendly staff and receptionist very helpful.

The welcome and attention of the reception staff was excellent and although we only had a night stop and did not make use of the dining facilities, we would not hesitate to stay here again, even for a longer stay.

Stayed in this Hotel several times en route to the continent great loaction for Dover Ferry Port and day time reception staff were excellent.

Staff were polite, the Receptionist was very helpful on check in and check-in was professional and welcoming.

Fine for an overnight stay, at a reasonable price and i suggest that there needs to be reserved parking for residents as the car park was full.

Didn't get chance to fully used the facilities due to our late arrival.

I was impressed to find that the hotel provides free wireless internet access.

The room was plenty big enough very modern and clean.

Our room was spotlessly clean, food was excellent.

The hotel is well positioned for the cross channel ferries and bathroom are practicaly spotless.

Additionally staff very friendly & helpful and clean room.

The hotel itself and rooms were very nice - reasonable size, clean, comfortable, modern and accommodating.

    Location is great for early ferry departure, this hotel lies in whitefield is far away from downtown area and the staff are friendly. Room service is free, restaurant is average to good.

    A busy port town in need of a makeover, prices are not too bad.

    Clean and comfortable ideal overnight stop for ferries or eurotunnel, easy Acces to Dover Port, we had a very nice stay. Additionally staff were very efficient and a shower that was hot. Bar service was friendly and prompt, food was excellent.

    Quiet location and near to car ferry - warm rooms. Nice quiete atmosphere and received a really good rate. Very helpful staff, efficient check-in and the bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was excellent.

    Great for a stop over travelling on early morning crossing and very convenient for Dover ferries. We found the hotel warm, the Staff were very helpful and efficient, our Executive Suite room was spacious. The food was good, the resturant was excellent both for dinner.

    An excellent overnight stop, very useful catching an early ferry to Calais and just right for an overnight stay before a channel crossing. Prices are also very reasonable, prompt and staff are extremely helpful and courteous, the comfort of the rooms very good. Didn't get chance to fully used the facilities due to our late arrival.

    We hask thye reception to get the toilet clean and breakfast is rather expensive.
