  Clean the balcony much, hot breakfast buffet and best waitress EVER.

  The value for money is lower in comparison to other hotels, the service is bad.

  Endless hot water and great Food.

  Expected more quality, poor Staff and shoddy carpets, threadbare and stained sheets, no soap. Very expensive smorg for Italian.

  Excellent bedding &, the restaurant was understaffed and staff were there were totally ill equipped.

  The whole place felt dingy and dirty, guest services and the front desk were very unhelpful.

  Fabulous view from our room and the taxi service outside the front door was very useful for me. My stay was great and the price was really good. The staff were incredible and the bed was comfy.

  Pillows very uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were stratchy, food was expensive.

  Good location good value clean, friendly hotel staff and reasonable price. The lobby looked bright and excellent Customer Service. Beds were very comfortable and all the pillows were recently replaced as well. The free breakfast was amazing and the fruit was far from fresh.

  Great location, good atmosphere and reasonable for the price. The lobby does look fantastic, poor service ever come across Not hygenic and we used MY cell phone to try and clear up. One sheet just doesnt get and the food is average pub fair and the staff were quite friendly.

  The attached bar is suitably named as smells of dirty jock straps, the first towel we went to use had a stain and had not been cleaned properly.

  Great location for our purpose of having medical appointment at nearby hospital and most rooms I stay in for that price has wide screen TV's. The friendly staff would definitely warrant a repeat visit, the bed doesn't hardly have any proper bedding on.

  I liked everything of ramada conference center of Edmonton and comfortable stay. A good price and great staff. Nice rooms at reasonable rates, sheets appeared clean and the food in the Bistro was excellent.

  The convenient location and great Hotel. Good price and friendly staff. The lovely comfortable bed, the pillows were small and well used, breakfast was delicious.

  Location was convenient and the hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Front desk was good and pillows were awsome room was clean for an old facility. The wedding food was great.
