Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was really great. The staff was nice and perfect and the place was perfectly clean. The breakfast offered plenty of decent meals. Everything was fantastic, nonetheless a few employees were not so helpful. Great and ideal location right next to motor way and the room was bright. Moreover, it was short walk to restaurants and dual carriageway and windows.

I really enjoyed the queen room and all facilities in it. The staff was welcoming and exceptional in managing every request.

The stuff was exceptional and the room was airy, we had a really comfortable experience. The location was amazing, near motor way and the dual carriageway. Went to Evin's Bar & Grill for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location turned out to be marvellous and convenient, near to the resturant as well as the dual carriageway. The staff was nice and perfect, the room was bright.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, conveniently located near the East Lancs Road. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean cotton sheets. I also enjoyed the variety of options available for breakfast, with plenty of delicious choices to start my day.

One thing that could be improved upon was the issue with the door lock. The key card was not working properly, causing inconvenience as I had to continually seek help from the staff to get into my room.

Its location was magnificent, just off Liverpool, a pub and shops.

The room on your beds. I appreciated the modern decor it had. Booked the hotel for its stunning location close enough to the lake district, a pub, and the resturant.

Perfect location in the middle of Haydock, the staff were very amiable and attentive. It took just 28 minutes by car to get to the airport.

The staff was really helpful and attentive - we would not hesitate to return here. Stayed here during our trip, it was an exceptional experience. The location was peaceful, on the dual carriageway! Loved that food was savoury.

It had a marvellous and perfect location near a dual carriageway, the main areas and all the pubs, restaurants and shops. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Haydock Park Racecourse.
