The location of this hotel to the airport and the city centre are good.

This is a busy hotel which means that it can be noisy. If your wanting a place to crash for a stag/hen/birthday weekend, then this is perfect....

Clean, modern design. Good value for money. In an area of the city which I love. Reception staff and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful.

The sound proofing in my bedroom was very poor. I was wake early in the morning with the Belfast traffic. Otherwise I owuld have rated the comfort as excellent. The girl serving food was very poor. She did not seem awake are interested in good customer care - she got orders wrong, took a long time to come with coffee and she did not smile. I would stal here again because of all the other good qualities but I would request a room away from the main road.

The receptionist on our arrival was fantastic - full of advice and interested in what we were staying there to do. The location is very good and having a free carpark is great for a city centre hotel.

The beds are not very comfortable and to only get one pillow each is not the best really. Our friend's room had a brick wall in front of their window so the view wasn't too great either.

Great location, clean and exactly like the brochure. Reception staff very good, helpful.

The other guests kept me awake all night running up the corridoor, trying to enter our room at 4.30 am, and shouting loudly up the corridoor at each other until 5 am. There was also a very loud tv that was playing "Walk the Line" till the wee hours. Also my daughter has a nut allergy which we reported to reception, but the foreign waiter was trying to tell us there was no nuts in the continental breakfast when I discovered that there was in the pastries and was obviously not aware of the dangers of cross contamination. It is really just a training issue - but apart from this I was very pleased on the whole.

Service was good when things went wrong.

The hotel did not have us registered, although we had a Booked.net confirmation. Evening meal in the restaurant was sent back because it was cold - twice. It was refunded.

The staff were extremely helpful, any problems were resolved at once. The food was very good and value for money and when we needed to have our meal served quickly before going out to the final of our Conference at the Titanic Quarter, the kitchen served the meal within 10 minutes.

there was no TV due to the digital switchover, but surely the hotel had plenty of time to prepare for this? I wanted to relax and watch telly in the evening and was disappointed that I couldn't. The room was also very cold in the middle of the night
