They have a great location; they apparently spend as little as possible on upkeep and staff training and the hand of any kind of management was nowhere in evidence.
This location has an included hot breakfast in the morning and staff was helpful.
The guest rooms are adequate and have been renovated since the Eisenhower administration.
Experienced intimidation walking to my hotel room, there's a nice espresso bar/cafe across the street and the free internet made up for.
Since we had a GPS it was really easy to find how to walk to Lodo and it took us just a little longer than 10 minutes> So we had a great night out, a very good night of sleep, and the room only cost us 68 bucks!
Though it's 5pm, my room has not been cleaned.
I wait my turn and then ask desk clerk, Joe of the Faux Hawk, why my room wasn't cleaned.
There's a cozy little bar with a great terrace and a fabulous view of the city.
The women running the buffet were extremely friendly and helpful.
The view was great back into the city and the front desk agent Anton was very welcoming and friendly.
The area was well lit, front desk personnel were friendly and the room was updated.
If you want a helpful staff, stunning view, and the tired grandeur of a bygone age, check in.
Staff we met were very nice and accomodating, the shower worked great.
Nice location would prefer to sleep on the floor of the parking lot, the hotel offers some kind of shuttle service and the room is warm and cosy.
The lobby shows lovely elements of the fine hotel that this once was.
The free internet made up for it, that's always a bonus for me.
