  The swimming pool would have been nice if the roof hadn't been dripping into it. Otherwise, it was a decent hotel for the money.

  I never saw anything saying it was Ramada Coral on the exterior - it's connected to Ramada Suites, but it's the old part.

  Unfortuatly there is nothing nice to say about this hotel,check in was 3 hrs late without apology, the in room internet didn't work and after reporting it no one came or called (even though the desk said they would), housekeeping walked in and out of the room 3 differant times without knocking or apologising (once on my wife as she was getting out of the shower) ,the floors were dirty and as a topper they made a mistake and checked us out early and told us all our bags ,passports etc.

  I finally complained the hotel manager told me to go stay somewhere else (there were no other decent named hotels available at the time) as it was a budget hotel and laughed at me.

  Firstly, the bathtub drain was blocked, we were wading up & over or ankles while showering. Secondly, the bathroom smelt of mildew, this eventually went away or maybe we were used to it? Upon check out the staff was more concerned about taking our money rather than the comfort of our stay. Oh & we went with friends who also had a few problems in the ajoining room but they were not too concerned about them either!

  Teens hanging out in the parking lot, hanging out in the hallways with their hotel doors open and music blaring. No respect for the property - ceiling tiles on our floor had been pushed out, garbage and empty beer bottles, etc in the parking lot. 11PM our remote to the tv quit working so we called the front desk. After no one coming up we went down to the front desk and the guy at the front desk tells us WE need to go to the other desk across the parking lot and get batteries for the remote. We are paying that much for a room and then they want us to get our own remote and.

  On Friday May 23rd, my older son called the front desk to inquire if breakfast was included with the hotel stay and was told it was not, so we decided to go further into town to get breakfast. The bag was of fair size, a large shopping bag, and contained unopened juice boxes, fruit, unopened chips, crackers, candy, etc. He left and returned with the housekeeping manager who stated that the housekeeper informed them that nothing was in the room when it was cleaned.

  I initially had reservations about booking this deal since it was based on the stay being pre-paid. Upon arriving at the hotel approximately 9:30-9:45pm on May 22nd, we checked into the room (# 330) and found that the room had a ‘musty’ odour. I surveyed the room and found dust on 2 of the lamps, a broken vanity light bulb in the washroom.

  The bathrooms were not clean at all, none of us were comfortable to stay there. The hotel was kind enough to refund our money, and off we went to another hotel.

  THe pictures on the ramada website are very deceiving, as the rooms looked decent. We walked into our room, and there was an awful smell. When we spoke to the manager, he said, "Well you get what you pay for!

  The worst part was having 2 cockroaches - 1 big, 1 small - run across my bed as I was packing up to leave the next day - 3 hours sleep was, also, a major issue due to who knows what!

  It is run down, outdated, wallpaper falling off the walls, bath towels like sandpaper, pool is cold and pool room even colder, hot tub lukewarm, sauna not working, no overnight front desk staff, just a night watchman/security guard who we only ever saw spend his time smoking at the front entrance. No hot water in the morning to have a shower.
