  A very nice lobby and very Good Hotel. Reception desk staff were friendly and helpful, the large rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was fine.

  The convention rooms, restaurant, and lobby looked clean and nice, great value, the minimal staff were friendly, helpful. The pool water was warm, the service and the food was excellent.

  The lobby and the restaurant are very nice too, absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room seemed to be updated, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

  Its quite obvious the staff and management just do not care, bathtub stained from a mat that used to be there.

  The combo conference center/hotel meeting area was not at all accessible and your staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, porters, the restaurant, had very good food.

  All in all, a very pleasant place and staff at lounge was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the free breakfast in the morning was adequate. Pool was clean and nice.

  All the hotel staff we talked to was very accomodating and our room was at the top level was roomy and the whirlpool was huge. The food ad service in the bar/restaurant was very good.

  By far the worst hotel i've ever stayed at, the staff were pleasant and the room was spacious, the coffee was available to be refilled a girl happened to walk by.

  Overall , our stay was pleasant and the pillows and the bed was super comfy. The bar was cozy and friendly staff, the food was okay, pork was very very dry.

  The hotel and my room were clean, the beds were very comfortable and each queen had 4 pillows. The front desk and breakfast staff were nice enough.

  The tv was a big box tv from the early 90's, picture quality was horrible and the room was clean enough. The staff at check in / checkout were nice.
