They said they had all new beds, but one attendee cut his arm after rolling over on something sharp in his bed, and they could not find what it was that cut him.

Horrible beds, lumpy pillows, the windows in our room hadn't been cleaned in YEARS!

All the hotel staff we talked to was very accomodating and the room I had was clean - as was the bathroom.

The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom, and I did not feel sketched out about using the shower, like the previous ramada experience.

We checked out at 7am) Paper thin walls in the room, you could hear conversations from two rooms over.

Additionally the rooms were clean, restaurant was good - we had breakfast Saturday and many of the items on the menu were constantly out of stock as well.

The room was spacious, the restaurant had amazing food.

The conference food was horrendous, and I didn't eat much during the day (at our last lunch I choked down three bites of tasteless mashed potato and half a roll).

The lobby and the restaurant are very nice too.

Wireless internet was flawless and the breakfast was good.

We stayed for 3 days and the first 2 days never even recieved room service, and on the last day I recieved a loud knock on my door around 6pm only to see the front desk manager with a cleaning cart asking me rudely if I wanted "housekeeping" or not.

We arrived at 3:30, the front desk staff were not able to locate other staff they were looking for and we were 'asked' to wait 15 minutes for a clean room (check in started at 3:00!

Lastly, I was very disappointed by the service at the reception desk.

We also had problems getting the housekeeping staff to service our room.

A very pleasant place, lobby looked clean and nice, the housekeeping staff was very attentive.

The parking Garage was dark and scary and the hallways and elevators to get to your room were equally scary.

The elevators and stairwells were dirty, and the parking ramp, while free for guests, had spilled food in the doorway.

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, but food trays full of garbage were left in the halls.

We checked in after 5pm, and the front desk person wasn't sure if there were clean rooms yet!

The convention rooms, restaurant, and lobby looked clean and nice.

Because we were staying 2 nights, they did not clean our room during our stay.
