The holel rooms were dirty, bath room not clean, not enought towels and toilet did not fulsh.
The rooms were very dirty (cobwebs, food under the bed, and you could tell that the bed's sheets were not fresh).
The rollaway bed was already in our room upon arrival and not realizing that they already had a bed in our room, we found a second one was delivered while we were out for dinner.
Our room was clean and comfortable; the bathroom was clean, with sufficient towels for 2 women.
Before we went to bed, I had plugged in my phone charger and my phone.
I manage a restaurant and bar in a hotel in Breezewood.
Breakfast is served until 11:00 am in the Tropical Courtyard Restaurant located beside the indoor pool.
The food served to us for a luncheon, banquet dinner, buffet dinner and buffet breakfast was good.
Buffet breakfast was good, the pool was clean.
The included breakfast was nice, and the staff was quick to replenish supplies after a large group swamped the buffet table.
Although Nicole the front desk manager informed me that they NEVER had birthday parties there in the three years she has worked there.
I asked to speak to the manager, because I felt, that as a customer, paying the exact same rates as everyone else, I had definitely not received any service or hospitality.
Manager was worst to talk to than the staff.
I spent my wedding day, listening to my guest complain to me that they had no reservations, the club were the wedding was held tried to sort out the rooms for my guests, during the reception.
We experienced mold in the jets of the jacuzzi tub, the pool bottom looked green, the paint was chipping off the walls, the air conditioner and hair dryer were broken - hotel maintenance did come fix these two items.
I did not find the pool area that tropical.
The air temperature and the water temperature of the pool were quite cool.
Room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was a big bonus for our family.
