  The reception staff were very helpfull as were the leasure centre attendants, the stay was relaxing and enjoyable, the service was great. The bedroom was very clean, all the food was delicious.

  Hotel very clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Decent television in the room, breakfast very good and great choice of dining options. Ramada plaza offers excellent conference facilities.

  Pretty good value for a family, competent staff and big thumbs up for having a tv available to watch the grand national on. Restaurant is very well managed and child friendly.
