  Location was good to the parkway and Biltmore, hotel Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent, room was wonderful and clean, large bathroom, the breakfast was fine. The pool was clean and refreshing.

  The location is kind of tricky and the hotel is old. Complimentary internet use at a desk by the front door, ramada Inn in Asheville is very nice and convenient to the restaurants.

  Handy location, good hotel and decent for the rate. The staff were courteous and the room was spacious. The service was great, the cleanliness was superb, the continental breakfast was just ok and the outdoor pool was clean and had nice deep end 8ft.

  The proximity to most of the Asheville attractions, wonderful value and good price. Staff very friendly and professional, clean room, fresh waffles from the iron. We liked having a fridge there, free hot breakfast.

  Walkway away from building, very slow and a rude manager, facilities dated.

  Beautiful view and very Nice stay. Price good and staff accomodating. Clean, reasonable, comfortable room and clean sheets.

  The hot breakfast wasn' and no fresh fruit.

  Convenient location, great stay and i really liked eddie at the front desk. The room looked nice and free breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit.

  Good coffee shop very close for your morning brew, Asheville is easy to navigate and learn, just pay attention to the highway signs, the rooms are SUPER clean and the bed was HEAVENLY.

  Nice mountain views from the small observation deck at rear of property and the hot breakfast description at hotel's website is optimistic. The rooms need a good cleaning and updated.

  Anyway, the location was very good, convenient to all of Asheville’s dining and attractions, the rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly and breakfast offered was good.

  Old the bed was hard and old, the ice machine on our floor was broken.

  The ramada website indicates great views of the mountains of ashville and good value for money. The staff were friendly, the room was quite comfortable.
