Breakfast was delicious and astonishing, I appreciated almost everything.

Its location was good and perfect, on the waterfront, and in a lovely area. Plus, distance to Punnamada Lake was only 1 km.

Really enjoyed this modern hotel with wonderful staff with the service of the ever attentive staff. My room was exceptionally comfortable and featured particularly good view on the lake. The beds were lovely, the food was reasonably priced. The venue's location was awesome and brilliant good near to the town centre. I would recomand the place.

Good service and excellent value. Lounge bar and nice pool. Excellent and perfect location near a railway station for easy access to city. Walking distance to a market and a main market across the street.

Well-appointed and well-maintained hotel, extremely helpful staff with the service of the ever attentive staff, everything was very good. Just superb location in Alappuzha, very close to Venice restaurant, nature and the gorgeous backwaters. Also, to taxi stand behind Ramada.

It has strategic, comfortable setting, short walk to the main market and the common areas except the Reception and greenery and backwaters. Extremely helpful personnel is with the service of the ever attentive staff.

The premium king room had all necessary amenities. The staff were consistently courteous and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. Besides, the location was wonderful and fantastic for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Kerala Backwaters. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

It's my first option in Alappuzha, thank you. The hotel is top-class and tidy with local food and responsive staff. The location is prime and best possible, 2 km from Kerala Backwaters.

During my recent stay at Ramada, I had an exceptional experience. The location of the hotel provided a breathtaking view of the backwaters, which was absolutely mesmerizing. The spa at the hotel was also a highlight, with a professional masseuse and a relaxing ambiance. Additionally, I had a fantastic time on the Ramada Shikara Cruise, which offered a cheaper price compared to other options, and the boat and boatman were excellent. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and had games for everyone to enjoy. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of authentic Kerala dishes.

The room was neat with the view of Alleppey backwaters and indoor games, as for instance for a wonderful stay with four star service. The pool was well-maintained and I had local drinks in the lounge bar.

My room was exceptionally comfortable and the view of the Punnamada lake was particularly good. I had separate bedroom, awesome experience, late check-out. Location: the hotel was not far from A Pot restaurant as well as the common areas. I ate in the poolside restaurant nearby.
