  Our beach had palapas and comfy chairs, the bed was fabulous and the view from the room was great. The hotel was very clean as were the surroundings, service was wonderful and many owners and visitors were distressed as well. Our balcony was large and had its own hot tub, the food was excellent, the facilities were quite beautiful.

  Convenient to airport and beautiful, Awesome Hotel. Free internet in the lobby only and very friendly staff. The living room was large and pool bar had great margaritas. Si senor restaurant downtown was also very good.

  Safe, clean area, great place and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and i found the bed good to sleep on, for the 90 minutes we got an awesome buffet breakfast at the new restaurant. The pool was very nice.

  Great food in the downtown area and wonderful hotel. The one staff member was really helpful was raul at the front desk and the room was kept very clean and bright. The pool bar had excellent choices for lunch and we ate there most days.

  The city tour was worth every penny and we had a great time, front desk offered best exchange rate in all of PV, the room service was prompt and the food was good.

  Air conditioning worked, the jacuzzi in the balcony was wonderful and the view from is awesome, the hotel property is fantastic. The service is great, the pools are beautiful and always very clean.

  Beach immediate to resort is not good and the rooms are outdated, worn. The food at the westin is overpriced.

  As for the pool area and beach, the resort is very well kept, overall, a great place, I'd go back, the service is first rate and is a beautiful property.

  The fitness center, we used everyday, is modern and quite complete, the hotel is in a great location in Marina Vallerta. The pool are beautiful.

  Front desk people are rude and food and beverage are very expensive.

  Plenty of good restaurants in this area of all price ranges and great Stay. All the staff were wonderful and friendly, our rooms were extremely clean and I found our housekeeper delightful.

  Great views of downtown and oldtown from beach, we just returned from 4 days in Puerto Vallarta, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything.

  Great place to stay, very nice staff and we just finished reserving the room for 2010 President's week. The best bar none and fantastic food. A good choice and the pools are big and spacious.

  Too many great eateries in pv to stay in the hotel for dinner and staff quite friendly. Nice bathroom, excellent food and loved the beautiful and extensive pools.
