  Good non gaming hotel, no Casino in-house so a calm relaxed atmosphere and the price was the best. The location was excellent, the well-stocked convenience/coffee store on the ground floor was a very pleasant surprise and miracle Mile was great. The lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully furnished.

  The hotel itself was nice, the rate was reasonable and i liked that was centrally located. I enjoyed staying here because there was NO loud casino anywhere in the Polo Towers and the Ocean Grill had excellent food. The staff was great, every single employee we encountered was extra friendly and one bedroom suite was fantastic.

  There was noisy construction in the lobby and check-in was very odd as i did not know this was a timeshare. The rooftop pool was not very big.

  Great place, etc - a home away from home and very good accomodation for the price we've paid. I liked the location, used the underground free parking and the polo towers was a beautiful. The staff was excellent, the concierge was very very knowledgeable and we loved that the rooms had their own full kitchen in.

  The hotel is beautiful, very quiet building work nearby and you can't find a better location for the value. Trams are great, well POLO TOWERS - YOU HAVE LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER and i liked the proximity to the strip. The staff are extremely helpful, big space in the room and include a convenient small kitchen. Pillows are sooo comfortable, food is really expensive to eat out every meal and the pool upstairs on the roof is clean.

  You should consider a different style of couch and check-in is too long.

  The great view, concierge at Polo Towers helpful and easy walking distance to lots on The Strip. The hotel would be appropriate for families travelling and i will not go back again due to poor services. Bathroom is good, a stereo - we didn't use either and i really saved a lot of money cooking our own food rather then goin out to eat everyday paying for 3.

  The small lobby store is expensive, mattress could have been more comfortable.

  Location was perfect, decor was nice and all staff were helpful and friendly. Furthermore beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very functional for us and the only bad thing was they charge $8 per person just to use their gym.

  Great location and cost effective. Spacious for the price and luxury style. Friendly staff and concierge very helpfull always. Huge and clean room, i loved the fully stocked kitchen.

  Broken toilets and no alcoholic beverages. The line at check-in was rather long.

  The location was convenient and was so comfortable because had nearly everything to make my stay just right. Additionally the staff was great, the concierge was very helpful and the 2 room suite was beautiful. This facility was very clean.
