The location was particularly good for me, in the Franz Josef area. Further, it was so close to Easy to walk to the local restaurants, restaurants and helicopter rides to glacier and the lively „ centre of the town “.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to all the activities. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive too. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with fantastic food.

I got particularly nice breakfasts with juice, fresh fruit and mini muffins. Location: the hotel was really close to rainforest, a rain forest on the west coast of NZ: and heli hikes and the hot pools. Places like Our Lady of the Alps Catholic Church where just a pleasant stroll away from from here too.

Such a really really nice stay on vacation. Low cost hotel in a very lively area just next door to the snow-capped mountains of Franz Josef Glacier, beautiful Franz Josef, and 2 that had excellent live entertainment. Friendly check-in, late check-out, efficient staff. Stocked unit with dryer, tea, for example.

I've stayed here before and would book again. Had a fantastic stay in the value for money aspect. The breakfast food was astonishing and well-priced. Luxurious huge room, a couch and a kettle were appreciated. The hotel's location was stunning, just next door to the onsite restaurant and bar, the Rainforest Retreat as part of a National Geograpic / G Adventures tour of New Zealand, and other cafes in the area. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. The pool was good and I had complementary drinks in the main bar. Besides, the parking was nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful property nestled in a serene rainforest setting. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with self-catering facilities. The hot tub on the deck was a delightful addition, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view. The daily breakfast basket with fresh bread and goodies was a special treat. Despite being located in a great location, we found the atmosphere peaceful and calming. The restaurant served excellent dinners, and the spa pool provided a luxurious touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect rainforest getaway.
