The rooms are well-designed and reasonably large with the bath, confortable beds, for example and the staff are very very attentive.

The location is great and ideal and next to the city center. Plus, it is just a short stroll away from an open air museum.

The location was marvellous and perfect for me, close to the local business park. Moreover, it's adjacent to the airport and motorway and restaurants and shopping center. Liked central heating, a work desk, and a TV in the room. The staff were incredibly nice, the breakfast was gorgeous with a wide range of food.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom and central heating, a plasma-screen TV and a private safe in the room. With wake-up service available and amazingly nice and super-friendly staff despite the best efforts of the amenable staff. Great and ideal location to Parque Cementerio de la Paz.

The place was fairly clean and CHARMING, it had very very attentive staff despite the best efforts of the amenable staff. The location was perfect, also close to the new business area in Alcobendas and the interior design was nice.

The hotel rooms are bright on the top floors. The location it offers is favourable, close to public transport and the near Metro Station.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Madrid and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The hotel offered excellent facilities with spacious rooms and great views on the top floors. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the airport and a nearby metro station. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and both sweet and savory dishes.

This hotel is very clean and quiet.. Unfortunately it lacks soul, is synthetic and almost bereft of human content.

Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The rooms were well-appointed with excellent facilities, including a lovely view from the top floors. Lastly, the breakfast provided a wide variety of options, with tasty pastries and a hearty selection to start the day off right.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

There is no bar and the lounge service closes at 11.00pm, which is too early when working in Madrid.

Everything was modern, had a very very good stay for a business trip. I had the triple room, it was new-fashioned. The staff were excellent and best and the location was magnificent to a mall. One could dine at restaurants such as The Wok Diversia 15 minutes away. I loved rooftop bar. The breakfast was gorgeous, the check in was simple.
