Everything was really good, friendly staff, perfect location next to the centre of Madrid, the biggest metro lines and a supermarket, food and public transportation. The room with city views was great-sized and had a fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. Very clean bed gave us a good nights sleep...

Had real good stay with good value for money, the staff were pleasant, location was marvellous unable to enjoy a drink or to have a quiet meal in the restaurant. The room we stayed in was heated and updated with a comfortable bed and large bath plus large clean bathroom.

The staff at Rafaelhoteles were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived late at night, they were attentive and ensured a smooth check-in process. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient, with a transport network nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated carpets, lack of air conditioning, and unreliable internet, we were overall satisfied with our stay at Rafaelhoteles. I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and surprisingly quiet, considering its location on a busy road. The bed was cozy and I had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with large towels and all the toiletries I could need. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and included in the price, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at this hotel were professional and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with a metro station just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the city.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, It is in a perfect position for us, close to where our relative lives and close to the Metro for travel around the city. It was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. the staff were friendly and very helpful

The hotel provided a good value, especially compared to other places in Madrid. The staff was very helpful. It was right next to a subway station.

It's clean, quite, helpful staff. The price is reasonable.

1) It is already old fashion, and this hotel is still doing it, to charge for WiFi service. The rest of the hotels we stayed during our Spain & Portugal trip (except the worse one in Barcelona) provided good quality free-of-charge WiFi access. Anyway, this was told on the website already, we know, but still would like to suggest the change to be made on this. 2) We were put to smoking room on a smoking floor, despite the reaffirmation in reptetition mode we made that we required non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor. The fact is this hotel does not have non-smoking room nor non-smoking floor.
