The hotel is clean, the prices are ridiculously high and free internet access is available off the main lobby.
This price is in line with what I have experienced in Russia for western-style hotels (and believe me, you WANT that level of service).
Price-wise, it is not out of line, however, with other hotel breakfasts in the area.

The location of the SAS Radisson is perfect and service is prompt.

They arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport - something I would recommend to everyone to do.
The airport transfer offered by the hotel was about US$15 more expensive than what we arranged ourselves but the taxis connected to the hotel were far newer cars than what we typically saw on the street.

The reception staff was friendly and offered us complimentary champagne on check-in; we didn't take too much advantage of the concierge as there were plenty of free guidebooks in the room and it was easy to find our way around.
Very good hotel located in the historic centre of St Petersburg, great friendly staff and the concierge incredibly helpful.
