Enjoyed my stay at a hotel that's conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs. Also had the opportunity to treat myself to a spa massage and indulge in delicious dining options.

Couldn't believe the "light green" hallway color - felt like I was wandering through a forest. Such a disappointment!

The location from good. A 10min taxi ride to the New Expo center. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.

The evening cocktails at the club lounge weren't good at all, very poor selection. For the club lounge rooms, free pressing of 2 garments per day wasn't included. A complimentry shoe shine box was kept in the room. I placed my shoes in it 2 nights in a row but no one even touched my shoes.

Rooms are modern. Well situated near the exhibition center. . huge and confortable bed 2m x 2m.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peacefulness of the room and had a comfortable sleep.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Nice design, very pleasent room, close to Shanghai fair

Very nice clean and big room, dinner and breakfast buffet have everything you need! The design of the hotel is very nice and the fact that is located next to a mall with a lot of facilities is very good. Shanghai new exhibition centre is 5 minutes away by taxi. It also very close to the Maglev station.

The only thing I didn't like was the bad smell coming out from the bathroom and the kind of slow internet which apparently this is a problem in the whole of China.

The staff were super cool and always ready to help us out. The breakfast was fire and kept us energized for our adventures. One day we hit up Pudong Riverside Promenade and Park and the views were epic! We felt like we were on top of the world, taking insta-worthy pics and feeling the city vibes. It was lit!

The only thing that could have made our stay even more fun is if the hotel had a rooftop bar or a club on-site. We would have loved to have a place to party with our squad and meet other cool peeps.

Everything was fine during my stay, the only thing that let it down was the very slow internet connection in my room.

Location is excellent just around the corner of the Big Thumb Square with plenty of choices for western/chinese restaurants, cafes/pubs, shopping mall, banking, carrefour etc. Guest room with modern and chic design.

Check in and check out was not smooth.

The hotel staff, especially Max, were amazing and made our stay memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel. The location was convenient, with local restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a great hotel, with great facilities.

Despite balcony, door could not be opened. Airco was not working. Temperature in the room was 26C. I did not have time to complain about it.

The location of this hotel os great, because it's close to the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center. The shopping and restaurants area is close to the hotel. The service on thEe hotel is very good. For sure I will come back again.

This hotel was a great choice for a weekend away. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the well-equipped gym.

There were a few things that let our stay down. The indoor pool was quite small, and the water was a little too cold to comfortably swim in.

Had a "memorable" experience with Accor loyalty program benefits, like "unlocking" custom benefits and visiting nearby attractions. Enjoyed light snacks, spa massage, and a "perfect" stay for business and leisure.

Oh, the staff thought it was fun to have me ask for upgrades every morning! So innovative.
