                      High quality and great staff. Very clean, comfortable bedding, changed the restaurant concepts and dinner was just as good. We used the gym was very well maintained and modern.

                      Great location to stay away from crowded city and helpful service. Spacious bedroom super king bed and the pool bar staff were brilliant. The spa was pretty good for me as i had one of the best massages ever there from jun.

                      Very clean rooms, breakfast awesome and gym also fantastic v quiet.

                      Good location no management no service, the taxis out front can be expensive and all the back areas of the hotel are not discreet in any way. The staff communication is poor in English and the cocktails are not cheap.

                      Comfortable balcony, excellent restaurant and nice swimming pools.

                      In other countries, the location is the big flaw of the hotel and the front desk people could not even read a map of Phuket. The alcohol you purchased in nz does not go on from bangkok unless sealed in the bag.
