  Proximity to central quay, within easy walking distance of Circular Quay and food in bar was below expectations for good hotel. Staff were very helpful and room was great. Pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

  The location is very good and this hotel is fabulous. The staff are lovely, facility is 20 % better than the next best best facility we have stayed in.

  Many rooms are small and breakfast is expensive.

  Luxury brands shops food decent, nice hotel and the Concierge staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were perfect, breakfast was delicious and the service there was great.
