Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney - 悉尼

This is a superb location close to the city centre, minutes walk from Circular Key and The Rocks, and within easy distance of other areas if you desire.

The rooms are also great as is the location - so close to the city AND to the Fish Markets.

THe hotel has a fantastic location, right in the central business district and very close to many attractions such as the operhouse, circular quay, darling harbour etc.

There is a doorman to hail taxis, etc, and the porters are quick to move your luggage for you.

This was our main criteria, as we were doing the Harbour cruise on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about taxi's.

The rooms (we changed from non smoker to smoker) were both excellent - superb bathrooms - ecellent water pressure/towels/bed linen/bed comfort etc.

The rooms are reasobaly well sized, I had a standard single room with a king size bed.

Large and comfortable king size bed, very modern bathroom which somehow manages to fit in a separate bath and shower, and all the other standard amenities.

The rooms are large and the bathrooms open via a window overlooking the bedroom.

The bar is very relaxed but professional although I'm not keen on the restaurant where breakfast is served.

We found Albert in the"Bar" fantastic, the buffet breakfast was equal to most I have enjoyed across numerous other contries in Europe.

But the staff at check in also took the time to tell us about bar, restaurant and health club.

Breakfast in the restaurant was included.

For breakfast we walked a few minutes to the nearby restaurants and cafes.

The service in the hotel from the Porters, reception staff, concierge etc.

Staff on the front desk, room service and the breakfast chef were also very pleasant and helpful and a credit to the Radisson.

The hotel has a restaurant (which I've heard is very good, but didnt get a chance to eat there), a decent lounge area, health club with sauna, spa, pool, and a business centre.

Excellent indoor pool and spa, gym is good as well but crowded when we went up.

Hotel facilities were great too gym, spa, steam room and pool were happily used by us.

The business centre is also very handy with access to pc's and printers.

Overall it was a clean and comfortable place to stay, the shower and tub were both spotless and very modern.

Friendly staff willing to assist and room is clean.
