Decent rooms and lockers to secure your items and a sauna as well.

Central location in downtown Kalamazoo and wmu campus just up the hill about a mile away. Best hotel in sw michigan and much better for half the price. Beautiful lobby, helpful staff and the concierge is awesome.

The extra drive is totally worth, the indoor swimming pool is heated and situated in the wellness center, the hotel has a number of nice restaurants and a bar. The staff is midwesternly friendly, for the regular traveller the rooms are just fine.

Central location and nice Hotel. Well worth the price, best staff ever and shower huge, shower water pressure was great. Toiletries, towels and linens were good, the food was excellent and the service exquisite.

Ample parking across the street and price is reasonable compared to bigger cities, the hotel has complimentary airport transportation, the housekeeping staff told us would take 45 minutes to get cleaned. Finally, the beds are great and drinks in Burdicks Bar are excellent. The service is impeccable and there are four good restaurants.
