The hotel lobby itself looked pretty nice and we saw a gift shop and concierge near the front desk.

The front desk staff was a bit rude and did not seem like they wanted to be there, but the night staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel refused to offer me any compensation even though another guest reported suspicious activity to the front desk and I parked where they directed me to park.

My car was broken into while I was parked in the hotel designated parking.

I had to carry heavy luggage down 14 stories since the lifts where not working.

Apparently, there was some construction going on outside the hotel's parking garage.

Wireless was $10 per day and was very much hit or miss.

The most disturbing thing is that the bathroom wasn't clean.

At the very least, a hotel should clean the rooms properly.

One thing that is important to me is that my room is clean and our room was, no problems there.
