  On more than one occasion, I had to call the front desk to tell them to turn this off. Second, in the rooms that I stayed in, you could not shut off the heating system. Third, the windows were drafty so if you sat by the window, on the loveseat, you would get cold, even if you room temperature was set to 80 degrees (the blower was near the door). Fourth, the tv channels were not very good, but I've had this complaint at every Radisson that I have stayed at.

  I have stayed here many times, its a great hotel with amazing architecture, great rooms, very clean, and a friendly staff. If you need to be near the industrial area or the airport or dont care about the drive stay here, it is well worth it.

  The location is convenient for the airport only as there is literally nothing else in the immediate area except a freeway.

  I would still recommend this hotel to others because the customer service was so great and the problems didn't keep us from having a good time. Room-They let us check in early which was very convenient since we had a morning flight into Salt Lake. Our room was very large for a standard room. It included two queen beds, small fridge, small couch, two oversize chairs and a desk. We discovered our toilet would not flush so we informed the front desk.

  The water pressure in our room was so bad you couldn't get the shampoo out of your hair. The other days we arrived earlier and there was plenty of hot food. Amenities-The first night after skiing (Friday) we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. We were informed by the maintenance man that the hot tub was broken and it would hopefully be fixed by Saturday or Monday at the latest. The hot tub did not work until Wednesday (the day before we left) but we did get to enjoy it for one night.

  All four times the shuttle travel went without a hitch. Our first night stay was in one of the small single level rooms. Our second night stay was in one of the executive two level suites. It was a terrific room with a loft bedroom complete with television, ample storage and second telephone.

  The menu and service were average, typical for the class of establishment.

  The location is close to the airport which is nice for an early morning flight. So our room was very large with a bar area, living room area and then a loft bedroom area. All the employees are very nice and very accomodating but the rooms are in need of an update. I stayed there about 5 years ago and the rooms haven't changed, it's old.

  This is normally not a problem but the fan in that room squeeks which added to my sleepless night. In the morning I took a shower but there was no hot water.

  I stayed at the Radisson, Salt Lake City Airport from July 22 through July 26 and found the hotel and its services outstanding. I am obsessed with cleanliness and found my room extremely clean, including the bathroom. This hotel has the beds/mattresses that you can adjust for firmness, which is nice. The location of the hotel is right near the airport, which is good in some aspects, but I suggest you rent a car, because you are away from the actual city.

  The food arrived hot and on a nicely decorated serving tray.

  I was excited about staying here as the Radisson reputation is very good and the sleep-number beds are a current craze. Well, the wireless internet had a strong signal (it's also free). The front desk staff, on arrival, was cheerful and attentive.

  The bathrooms are tiny (really only a toilet and shower), with the sink outside. Debris was everywhere in the hallway and room carpets. The furniture was low market, at best (my desk chair was a broken), and the TV hutch did not allow the TV to slide out or even swivle.

  The exterior architecture is very unique and the lobby can be described as ski lodge meets old Erope. I used the internet check-in and just needed to pick up the room keys. The room was nice and clean, but the decor and color scheme was a bit dated. We ordered room service once; the service was quick, food good, and the prices fair. The hotel was a great value for the $79 price we booked at.

  The bathroom vanity is very small and the toilet and shower/bath is in a tiny separate room. They offer a hot breakfast buffet, but we found the food to be restocked slowly and the lonely drink server was over-worked.

• However, I found this to be a very nice hotel, especially for one so close to the airport! The room I got was very clean and comfy, with nice shower, bed, wetbar, fridge, good tv options, and couch. The room service was fine (not the greatest food, but better than a lot of hotels' room service), and there was free wireless internet in the room and a free computer and printer in the lobby (which has a suitable lodge feel. The shuttle to and from the airport was nice, too.

  Wonder housekeeping staff and anemities.

  Pool and rooms were a little outdated.

  We didn't have very good service at check-in, but the housekeeping staff and front desk staff after that were amazing. The hotel was a little outdated, but was kept up very well and we enjoyed all of it.
