          The location was just horrible, the manager finally paid for my cab rides after I complained twice and hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in lobby was gone by about 6 pm, the service was professional and room was clean, beds were the sleeper comfy ones. The breakfast bar was very good.

          I liked the location, near the India park in Providence ri and the only good thing about this hotel is that is was close to my family. Nearby is benefit street has beautiful homes, the elevators could use energy saving light bulbs and this would likely reduce the heat, the breakfast bar is decent.

          Convenient location, nice hotel and great rate thru Hotwire. Free coffee in lobby, staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. And my dinner was as good as you'd find in any restaurant for twice the price.

          Location is good and aprt from that the staff couldn't be more helpful to make our stay enjoyable. The room is large and carpets next to elevator had a strong smell similiar to cat pee. The service is great as is the food.

          Good location and decent hotel. Free apples at desk, free coffee and papers in lobby, great staff. Room was nice, clean, the waitresses were nice and the manager Kellie Shaughnessy was very helpful and friendly.
