  The front desk help was great.

  The beds are not sleep number and roaches.

  The hotel over all was very nice. The people that work there really care about their guest.

  The Select Comfort Bed however was very nice, and the room looked new. The staff did okay, however they were more "folksy" than professional.

  Got to the room and there was no remote for the TV. If the heat was on, it would keep running until you turned it off. Since I got the room at a good price (By naming my own price) it wasn't a bad experience, but I think I will stay somewhere else next time.

  They had e-mailed our confirmation about a week before our stay. Shuttle drivers were friendly and got us to the terminal on time. The staff was helpful and friendly when we asked for extra pillows and towels. Breakfast was included and it was very good.

  It can be noisy if your staying on the side closest to the airport, our room was close to the front desk and the noise was minimal.

  But the staff was very friendly & courteous. The rooms and corridors in my wing were throughly cleaned daily.

  It was a little pricey for a smallish room. Fedex jets are taking off constantly within 100 yards of the rear rooms.

  The staff at the front desk was very helpful with check in and when I asked them to call me a taxi, a driver walked out from the bar (Not sure if that is a good thing or not). Our waitress didn't even bring the check because she was too busy text ing on her phone.

  The only bad experience with the staff was at the restaurant Friday morning.

  Unlike other travelers postings reviews, I found the staff to be courteous. Airport shuttle service was prompt and courteous. My room faced the back and I was awakened at 3 AM by unbelievable airplane noise. There may be some areas of the hotel where jet noise won't keep you up all night long, but if you are directed to a room where you face the back of the hotel, you will not get a good night's sleep unless you are an extremely sound sleeper.

  Room was OK and nicely stocked with toiletries. Memphis is a hub for a major overnight delivery service. I looked out the window and saw a jet labeled with the name of the overnight delivery service just beyond the small parking lot. I looked out my window several times throughout the night and each time I saw a jet just outside, labeled with the name of the major overnight delivery service.

• I travel a lot for business and to me cheap room is not a great deal but a scary thought. From check in to check out the staff was nothing but warm and accomodating.

  Sure it was noisy but it IS AT THE AIRPORT. All the reviews I read before posting this made me laugh - do you really think an airport hotel is not going to be noisy?

  If you’re looking for a quite hotel, spend 30 at the rent-a-car counter, drive 30 min into the country and pay more.

  The staff had everything for me and when I requested something they did not have the manager (who has his desk in the lobby) went to the store bought it and brought it back to my room! If you’re looking for service that’s at the airport this is your spot.

  Before going to bed I called to find out when the shuttles ran. The hotel offers sleep number beds which is a very nice touch. I found that the bed must have had a hole in it because the sleep number now showed 20 (the very bottom) and I had it set closer to 50-55.

  When we arrived at the hotel after driving 5 hours the lady at the front desk was very rude. I was excited when I saw they had Sleep Number beds, however several coworkers said that theirs did not work. One of my coworkers found a bug in her bed and did not receive the wake up call that she had requested. Another coworker found a pair of men's boxers in the sheets of the bed he already slept in. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and the service was extremely horrible. On the way out we wanted to bring some of these issues to the attention of the manager. On our drive back I tried to email a comment to Radisson customer service and it wasn't working properly. Then I tried to call their customer service number and he told me that I needed to call corporate customer service between 8 and 5.
