The property was spotlessly clean with highly professional and friendly professional stuff. The food in the restaurant was good and the restaurant was fantastic.

It was in the central location close to everything could walk to all restaurants. Moreover, it's so close to restaurants, bakeries, Kingston, a wind-swept town on the St Lawrence river which can get chilly in winter, and the water front.

A lot of brilliant food at breakfast time. Really friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with a smile. Very central location in Niagara Falls, nice breakfast. Again, not far from Kingston City Hall.

Clean place with lovely view over the lake. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus climate control and a balcony. Great location near to the restaurant for dinner, and Downtown and Shore, could not be better. Again, walking distance to Pump House Steam Museum. A really really nice stay for one night.

Fairly clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating personnel, incredibly nice breakfast. Good-sized units with beautiful views and a bath tub, as example. Modern interior design.

Everything is amazing here, had a very good stay for two nights. The hotel staff are friendly professional and especially helpful. The location is in a perfect and exceptionally nice spot on the waterfront. And it's nestled in a lovely building next to a cruise ship as well as Kingston has to offer.

Very central location, comfortable place for discovering Kingston. Just off the restaurant which has beautiful views of the water and the resturants and shops and historic town centre adjacent to lake and close to many restaurants. Fabulous lake view, good-sized room.

Large room, luxurious bathroom. Bonus point for climate control and a balcony. The great location for the price, close enough to the stores and restaurants, Kingston for business, and marina or lake.

the hotel staff were fantastic, providing helpful information about the city and making our trip even better. Delta truly exceeded our expectations during our group visit, with their suggestions allowing us to make the most of our time in Kingston.

This was my fine stay in a nice Town. Everything was great, decent staff, pleasant views of the harbor. I loved the room, it was luxurious with 2 queen-size beds. The hotel had an unbeatable location very close to a cathedral church.

We appreciated this place, as it was the best hotel. Double room included central heating, an iron and a work desk.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The view from our window overlooking the lake was stunning and added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and approachable, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

Some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner, such as the hallways which were sometimes dirty and littered. the room service could have been better and more responsive to our needs.

out of date style, kingsize bed nice, but mattress average, rooms need an update, gym average quality, TV although a flatscreen was clearly substandard as picture quality was very poor. Bathrooms were average to small, lots of small maintenance issues unattended.
