  Nice location on the river and great choice of restaurants nearby. Over all decor are dated and the beds are remarkable. Food is good and the pool is large.

  Excellent location for airport, needs lots of clean up along the river and the hotel needs a complete gutting. Good price and beautiful lobby. The staff were great and our bed was amazing.

  The elevator system was slow, a standard round toilet seat was fitted on top of an elongated fixture and the restaurant was expensive and the service wasn'. The pool and whirlpool, i had definitely planned on using, were closed for maintenance.

  The pool/spa area was nice and the staff were most helpful, professional and helped make our stay enjoyable. The price was excellent, front desk woman was incredably friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Towels were soft, the food was very good.

  The lobby/elevators/hallways were well maintained/clean a bit dated and the sauna was off and never heated up the entire two days I was there.

  The location was great and we needed a place to stay for an out of town wedding and this place was an excellent choice. The price was higher than i had paid before, staff were fantastic and rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good.

  Location and friendly staff, my room is fine; clean and quiet, facing the river. Hotel in general compared to other hotels i'.

  Elevator and hallway are not that great, breakfast used to be good.

  The location is close to downtown and the staff were helpful, the hotel dining is right on the river and a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and relax, the room seemed very clean and loved the sleep number bed.

  Location was easy right off the highway, the hotel was a pleasant, comfortable place for a short getaway and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the restaurant and the bar was nice. Pool and exercise facilities were very good.

  Location is excellent and a hotel that advertises itself as luxury should have first class mattresses. Room service is available, i looked at the pool and appeared to be clean and rarely used.

  Convenient location to gvsu graduation ceremonies, great stay and all in all well worth the money. Nice lobby, friendly staff and the room was excellent, clean, comfortable. The breakfast buffet, not the most extravagant, was fine.

  Hot tub area and good Value. Nice, clean reasonable price and staff were wonderful. The bed was great, pillows were really comfortable and breakfast was okay and Sherry was very personable and professional.

  I booked a view of the river and that is just i received, the restaurant and bar in the hotel are great. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are ok.
