In a nutshell great hotel and very good value for money.
Good clean modern hotel, worth the money , great situ on the front so you could watch the harbour -small boats etc.
It wasn't an awful hotel experience, but I'm not sure it was worth the money (even though we got a good deal via the Internet).
Spiced Thai Cafe opposite hotel is good value for great food and eating/walking along the harbour front in the evening is super for people watching.
The location is absoluely superb, right on the Lake front & close to bars & restaurants in the area.
It was in a great location, our room was clean and welcoming and we loved the pool area.
The pool seems popular to people who aren't guests, they come for the day as it is a good location and the view from the pool is amazing.
Transport-wise, there are street cars right outside the door, which will take you eastward to Union Station Subway, or westward to the Ex and nothward up Spadina Avenue to the centre of the city.
Another 90USD for a round trip cab from the airport!
Behind the one bed were exposed wires where I think someone had tried to pull the phone out of the wall, oh and the promised 'internet connection in all rooms' as per the Radisson website was non-existing in our room.
The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom but it all looked a bit dated and tired, Raddison's new Sleep Number bed was being advertised in the lobby but we didn't have one.
Room clean, plenty towels, bed comfy, fine.
As for the room, the bed was very good, which is the most important.
When we booked we confirmed for a king size bed but upon arrival found out that there were no rooms available.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant - expensive and lousy service (we were the only people in there and food took forever - they had some sort of business gathering in a meeting room and seemed to just ignore us).
A few restaurants by the harbor such as Lusso, Il Fornelli, Beachfront Grill, and Pearl Restaurant were close by.
The restaurant is glorious overlooking the water and the food was just scrumptious!
We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked beautiful.
Recommendation: CN tower for lunch at the 360 restaurant is a must try.
Reception staff and concierge were very helpful.
Reception staff were efficient but the Concierges were wonderful.
Car parking at the hotel is $16 a day and driving/parking anywhere in the downtown area is a headache.
The shop in the lobby was a little over priced but in hotels they usually are, good 24 hour store right across the road.
I've been to Toronto about fifteen times in the last year and struggled to find a hotel with easy highway access and a decent gym that does not charge for internet.
Wireless internet was NOT included - had to pay separately for that.
In the morning, I decided to use the advertised "complimentary" wireless internet access to look for places and events to do that day.
The room was very clean & above average & the standard of housekeeping was very good.
The rooms were fairly clean and functional but the street below was very noisy and the drapes did not have black-out lining and we were awake at 6 a.
The rooms were fairly clean but in no way "recently renovated" like their website says.
The room was fully equipped, spacious and clean.
The room was clean and linen was pretty good, except last day.

Location is good, though I would rather be closer to Union Station. The rooms were fairly clean but in no way "recently renovated" like their website says. Wireless internet was NOT included - had to pay separately for that.
One bed had sheets with holes in them (tacky) and the outlet between the beds was missing the cover, showing exposed wires. The lobby and common areas were decent, nothing bad, nothing special.

Chose this hotel for its location (great) and its outdoor pool. While the view from the pool area was fantastic don’t expect a quiet chill out time!
-
Net: Location nice (down by the water), Hotel - below par.
This hard to describe but as you come up from the parking to the hotel it really feels dingy. Excluding the bathrooms the rooms are standard - nothing special and nothing bad - standard fair.

If you use the phone to make a local call, an extra $1. In the morning, I decided to use the advertised "complimentary" wireless internet access to look for places and events to do that day. When I asked why they called that complimentary, I was told to come to the front desk where they would give me a pass.
When we got to the room it was quite hot and stuffy. As for the room, the word "Spartan" comes to mind.

Spacious, clean room and the staff smiled and said hello every time you passed them.

The hotel is located near union station but the taxi fare was CAD$10(included tip) due to the one way road. The room was clean and linen was pretty good, except last day. I found Seatles's best coffee, and a bottle of complimentary water. Those make me happy but I do not understand why the bathroom was so dark!
From the station you might walk 10minutes, but it was pain for us to walk under bad weather (30F or lower).

The hotel overlooks Lake Ontario and has a fabulous view of the CN Tower on the other side - a beautiful setting for a swim in the very cold pool! We were overlooking the expressway, so we did not have a good view, but I don't really think that is a problem (another review objected to this) because of all the great sights to see in the city - why would you spend time in your room? The room itself was perfectly acceptable, a bit dark, but had excellent air conditioning and was pretty clean. The concierge is helpful/overly-friendly depending on your point of view, and will offer you Niagara tour deals at every opportunity.
One word of warning, there is no bar drinks menu, and we were charged something like 10 euros for a small glass of wine!

The service, comfort and food were all excellent-you need a route map to find the other side of the gigantic bed. Breakfast overlooking the lake is highly recommended and everything is just a short and very cheap hop in a taxi. The staff could not have been more helpful especially hiring a car for an unmissable day trip to Niagara.
