  The location to Oxford Street easy access to tube stations and the hotel itself is very fresh and was renovated a few years ago. The breakfast is great and the beds very comfortable.

  The reception/lounge area is just a couple of sofas to the side of the lift and the location of the hotel is very good since is in the centural London.

  I would stay there again for the great customer service, good breakfast and convenient location, staff very friendly. Very disappointing room.
