Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel, Helsinki - 赫尔辛基

The hotel is clean and tidy, nice location (hotel located at the south-west of Helsinki city, 20 mins walk to the historical area which is north-east of the city).

The location is a little out of the centre, but there is a tram stop directly outside.

The location is good too if you are willing to walk.

You can reserve Airport Taxi (20 Euros for 2 people) which is very convenient and fast, though you can get there cheaper by walking or taking a cab to the train station and jumping to a bus 615 to the airport (about 12 Euros).

I recommend this hotel for business travellers, tourists and romantic couples, maybe not so much to the elderly, as there can be a bit of a walk for them if they miss a tram, but I'm sure taxis can always be called.

I stayed in a 2-twin bed room and there was a small terrace, a sofa bed, 3 closets, and a separate shower/toilet.

Nice location, near to the Ferry terminal for Tallinn too and the room has been architectured so nicely opposite to the sea bed.

The room was well-designed and fairly spacious, with puffy down pillows and a shining-clean bathroom featuring a shower that didn't get water all over the floor (amazing for a European hotel).

The hotel sauna is wonderful, very nicely kept up, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was very good, good variety of food and I liked the restaurant and its menu, serving size was fine and not expensive.

Every morning there is a super breakfast buffet right in the lobby restaurant and it is free!

I did visit the restaurant bar for a beer and it was nothing special, probably because I went very late.

The breakfast was excellent in quality, range and quantity, although the restaurant does not meet quite the same standard.

There's a bar in the restaurant and one in the lobby.

Unusual and interesting design area reception, real good value for money, the front desk was professional.

Helsinki City Centre isn’t huge, good hotel facilities and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is a sauna and lobby bar available, but I did not utilize these.

The hotel sauna is wonderful, lobby is pleasant enough and across the road is a great seafood waterfront restaurant.

We had a car and paid the quite high car parking charge with the hotel be warned of the fiendish one way system round the hotel that took us a few times round to find the best route in but got there eventually.

Clean and quiet room, fresh newspapers, a good pillow.

Rooms are clean and have everything you need.
