The price was not bad and the front desk people were so nice.
Location was good and the hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Just outside there is a metro station, the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel is very nice and the service is much better at Stockmann.

Location is good, the standard rooms are just right for 1 person.

Worst welcome we have had in any hotel anywhere in the world and breakfast is hectic, eggs/bacon/sausages are not kept very warm. The menu is very limited for anything.
