  Beautiful facility and a very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, clean sheets. Meals and the pool perfect, excellent SPA.

  Beach area was awful and sea was very dirty at that time and the sand was terrible.

  The facilities were beautiful and the staff were very helpful and professional, room was nice, the food at Blue Restaurant was amazing.

  Beach was not clean and gym a D grade at best was woefully outdated.

  Nice room and excellent meals. Large outdoor pool.

  The sea is not very clean and value of hotel to customers is much lower than 2010. Service is too slow.

  Good buffet breakfast and very nice Spa.

  Jewellery shop to go to your room this takes away the 4/5* experience as we found unpleasant and the hotel in itself is not very big. Service at the pool is incredibly slow and water supply is weak.

  The location/nice quiet beach, sea is clean and one of the best places you can stay. Anyway the building is fine, staff is helpful and room comfortable to international 4 star standard. The breakfast is excellent and indoor pool and massage options quite rich.

  The sea is absolutely amazing and excellent location directly on seaside particularly for summer holidays. Hotel staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Foods are very delicious and pool is large and good again children.

  The beach and the sea was perfect, the view was very nice, the staff at the hotel were very helpful. The price was worth for we have received, service was good and the room was kept clean for the whole week. The food was amazing, local offerings were nicely displayed and pool were great.

  Nice beach, beautiful location and the spa was the best part of the hotel by far. Staff were very helpful in giving directions, the beds were very comfortable and also the breakfast open buffet was delicious.

  Only fruits was good and pool side was very poor.

  Excellent private beach is perfect and the sea incredible spa very clean and nice, Cesme is a great little city an hour away from Izmir. The hotel is very fresh and the staff are all very friendly & helpful. The rooms are good and breakfast and dinner more than average 5 star otel.

  Spa polite personal beach rooms food, nice view and the area of the sea that the hotel has access to is amazing. The staff have been excellent, internet is free and the breakfast buffet is great. The outdoor pool is huge.

  Nice beach, good location and we just returned from 5 days at this hotel. The reception was very accomodating and employees were friendly and helpful. My room was very quiet at night, the mini bar was well stocked and the foods in the reastaurant were delicious.

  Bar at the beach are all great ingredients for a couple of days of relaxation and the pool is MASSIVE and there are excellent areas to lounge in the sun at the pool. This hotel is huge and staff is very helpful and friendly. Saunna rooms are perfect, very good and a large variety of restaurants to choose from, the spa facilities are very clean and comfortable.

  Beachfront location in a nice area and excellent hotel. Front desk personel very helpful, the comfortable bed and also knowledgeable about local sights / restaurants. The outdoor pool looked fascinating.

  Poor service at beach bar, the town of Cesme has a mix of old style.
