I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my trip was special. They provided great recommendations for gluten-free restaurants, which was perfect for my dietary requirements. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of many tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Despite being beside a road, the hotel was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The rooms were spotless and cosy, and I especially loved the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from my upgraded room.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel itself was lovely, very modern, fantastic location and the rooms were very nice although a bit small and there was no shaving/toothbrush socket in the bathroom. We were unfortunately outraged by the valet parking, a gentleman from the hotel came to the car as we pulled up, he had no idea how to drive the car or even start the engine, we went with him to the underground car park which was extremely tight and we were very nervous about leaving the car in such tight spaces. When returning to the hotel We specifically asked it not to be driven under any circumstances by anyone accept us. When checking out, reception told us that the valet had crashed our car. Not only had someone driven it but they had also crashed it. The rest of our trip had to be cancelled as the car was in a show the next day in Germany, therefore all other hotels had to be cancelled and we had to rebook the tunnel immediately to leave that afternoon. All in all this lack of respect and ignorance by the hotel ruined our entire trip.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service at this hotel. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They even upgraded us to a better room, which was a lovely gesture. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary chocolate mini eggs for Easter. The warm and inviting pool was an added bonus. we highly recommend this cute boutique hotel.

After checking me in, I was given a personal tour of the hotel, to a beautiful room, a lovely balcony, a glorious bedroom fit for a princess! This hotel is Parisian charm at it's finest! I was pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. It is nestled in a nice neighborhood with cute little boutiques and a supermarket in the nearby mall. The hotel is situated in a plaza that is the hub from which many streets are the spokes that lead to other parts of the city. The rooms are well-appointed and there are nice amenities like Nespresso machines and robes. The staff is friendly and the property is well-maintained.
Some of the bathroom doors swing and can't be propped open, which makes the rooms less quiet.

Very modern and clean - good fixtures and fitings. Calm and sophisticated. Recommended.
Breakfast food and experience was terrible. Eat out is a must.

The very helpful and kind concierge who helped with a changing of rooms(the first one was noisy), making reservations at a busy restaurant for me at the very last minute and general kindness and helpfulness with taxi bookings etc.
The hotel needs to be maintain physically as there are many peeling plaster and leaky ceilings here and there. It's very contemporary and beautifully designed but upkeep at the moment is shabby.
