Staff is friendly enough, the rooms are clean, modern, spacious and most importantly silent, food not as bad as others have mentioned.
The staff are really friendly and rooms are clean and have all the amenities.
Its the best hotel next to the airport by far and the room was of nice size for the UK and the bed was comfortable.

Really handy for airport and good links to the railway station and breakfast was good. Our stay in this hotel was a wonderful start to our holiday and staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable, food we noticed was more than abit chilly.
