          The incredible view, overall a disappointing stay and the staff were friendly and spoke great English. My room was really hot and the lady at the reception was German and the service was very good.

          Very good location in the center of Lyon, the hotel bar shows amazing views of the city at night and great service. Bit old, warm rooms.

          All rooms have fantastic views and are on the 33 to 39 floors of the tower, the hotel is just one block from Halles de Lyon, the personnel is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.
