Radisson Blu Hotel, Krakow - 克拉科夫

Very well located for Krakow city centre and good hotel friendly staff excellent location would reccommend hotel to friends.

The location was ideal and good restaurants were nearby.

Good location close to the center of Karakow, the hotel is spotless.

The price of the hotel taxi is competitive with city taxis if, for example, you want to use it for airport pickup.

The room had a large bathroom (altough no separate shower stall), a little foyer, a large living room with a sofa, lounge chair, desk, tv and a separate bedroom with a king size bed, mini-bar and tv.

We had a Business Class room which was large, wonderful beds and sheets, first rate marble bathrooms with both a large shower and separate tub, an amazing buffet breakfast with everything you would ever want or imagine for breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom supplies were restocked daily and the beds were turned down every night.

The room was large, two TV's, amazing view, windows that open, my own little area for my bed.

The room is set up in a very modern way with the bed being at an angle and funky colors yet it is comfortable.

The buffet breakfast (included with the room) is very good but the prices at the two restaurants for other meals are quite high.

Food in the restaurant was excellent - the breakfast buffet lived up to it's "Super" title.

Mamma mia's had excellent Italian food and the Europetska bar in the square was good for breakfast and a post prandial beer in the evening.

Two restaurants and a lobby bar: food was good quality, but you might want to be more adventurous and sample one of the many cafes or restaurants, which are also cheaper.

Had a few drinks in the bar which had very reasonable prices but didn't eat in the hotel apart from breakfast.

Hotel was very good, nice sized room, very clean, excellent service from reception, room service & bar staff.

The location was excellent, one good thing was they posted the rates for the hotel taxi near the concierge and all the staff were very helpful.

Staff all spoke English- very helpful- but the letters mailed at the front desk never made it home!

No pool, no jacuzzi, no wet sauna, no complimentary drinking water in rooms, no bar of soap, just bottles of shampoo/wash gel etc, no complimentary newspapers, no iron, gruff staff, less well presented breakfast, weird architecture in rooms.

Also, there is a nice fitness center with sauna.

My partner also used the gym and sauna which he says was also very good.

Internet is wireless, fast and free and the TV has all the international channels you would want.

Also the room was clean and modern, the restaurant was very good.

The room was clean, the pillows were the best.

The rooms are clean and welcoming, with all the amenities you need -- including the free wireless internet, which we made much use of!

The rooms were more than adequate and exceptionally clean and comfortable.

40 euros well worth it room was great staff were really friendly, room was spotless pillow turned down at night chocolate left on pillow, slippers and dressing gown supplied, breakfast was a feast.
